Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

The Curbside and AI Curbside are projects of Kirk D. Wyatt, MD. This policy covers how we handle your information across thecurbside.ai and aicurbsidebook.com. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell your data, and we respect your time and your inbox.

What we collect

If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address so we can send you updates. We also collect IP addresses and browsing behavior to understand how our website is used and what people like to look at.

How we use it

Your email is used to:

That's the full list. No upsells, no partner promotions, no spam.

Where it's stored

Email addresses are stored in Kit (formerly ConvertKit), a U.S.-based email marketing platform. Kit's privacy practices are described at kit.com/privacy. Our sites are served through Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering web pages. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies and tracking

These sites do not set first-party cookies. If that changes in the future, we'll update this page.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone. The only third parties with access are Kit (for email delivery) and Cloudflare (for site hosting), as described above.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you'd like your email address permanently deleted from our records, or if you have any questions about this policy, email unsubscribe@thecurbside.ai and we'll take care of it promptly.

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. The legal basis for processing your email is your consent (given when you submit the form).

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, where practical, notify subscribers by email.
